The Fraktin Hittite rock relief dating back to the mid-13th century BCE. It is located in the district of Kayseri in Turkey. The left section shows the Hittite king Hattusili III making an offering to the weather god. In front of each of their heads are hieroglyphic symbols, naming the depicted individuals. In the middle scene is king Hattusili III's wife, Tawannanna Puduhepa, making a libation to the Sun goddess Hebat. The third part of the relief consists of massive Luwian hieroglyphs.
