A banded agate cylinder seal engraved with figure of standing king in long robes and crown holding a rearing lion, dagger held in hand. 17 grams, 31mm (1 1/4").

Condition Very fine condition.

Provenance Private collection, London, UK; formerly with Persepolis Gallery, Mayfair, London, UK; in the 1980s.
