Including a Sumerian Third Dynasty of Ur black stone seal, circa 2100-2000 B.C., with a worshipper led by a goddess to a seated god; a Neo-Babylonian banded agate seal, circa 1000-700 B.C., with a composite creature with body of a horse, wings, upper torso of a bearded man, drawing a bow, persuing a winged feline; a Neo-Babylonian chalcedony seal, circa 800-600 B.C., with a bearded god wearing short kilt, holding a weapon with curving blade and a rearing human-headed winged feline; a Neo-Babylonian cornelian seal, circa 800-600 B.C., with standing four-winged goddess holding a rearing griffin in each hand, remains of original bronze pin; and the top half of a Neo-Babylonian cornelian seal, circa 800-600 B.C., with a bearded male fighting with two rearing monsters 1 1/8 in. (3 cm.) high max. (5)
